You can't pass this place without stopping in for a Fried Onion Burger and French Fry. It might just change your life. The fry sauce, the side of pickles, it just hits different. After you partake in this beautiful masterpiece of a burger, you might find yourself repeating "Yes Chef". Weeks later, the thought of this burger will pop into your mind and cause you to start sweating uncontrollably. I love you Fried Onion Burger. ♡
I live on Camano Island, and I am lucky to be able to regularly have these burgers. These are the best burgers you can buy. Fresh beef, fresh baked buns, try them once and you will be hooked. Pro tip: order early, because they only grind enough beef for one day, so they run out and close early sometimes.
Today for the first time, we had slices of margarita pizza and pepperoni with black olives. We really enjoyed the crust and they will heat up the slices for you, including slicing them in half to share. We have bought their fresh baked bread before and it is also good.
Everything that comes out of the kitchen at The Baked Cafe is fantastic. This is one of those rarities where the whole menu is good. They are usually selling something that's not on the menu as well so ask about specials. I’ve probably spent a small fortune here, but it’s worth every penny. This is easily one of the best burgers in Washington—if not the absolute best. They bake their own bread, and the pizza is incredible whenever it’s on the menu. This is always the first place I suggest to my clients when they’re exploring the neighborhood.
One of the BEST burgers I’ve had in a long time. It’s juicy, cheesey and hot and is cooked and prepared when you order it. The fries are hot and crispy and the perfect amount of seasoning which they drop into the fryer when you order as well. Also has fast service, 10/10 would recommend to everyone if they’re on Camano Island. 😁

How lucky are we to have such amazing food right here on the island 🌊🏝? The Baked Cafe is no exception! I had the Pastrami Burger—absolutely bursting with flavor—and my wife went with the Spicy Chicken. She couldn’t stop smiling and said it was so good 😋. The menu photos don’t do these dishes justice. Her chicken patty was fresh, juicy, and hanging over the sides of the bun and the onion rings were perfect. Definitely a local spot worth checking out!
I had a couple of amazing breakfast sandwiches and went back for a cinnamon raisin loaf fresh out of the oven. Everything was from scratch Everything was incredible. Even sampled some delicious garlic sticks that I hear will be featured on Saturdays all summer long! We will be back for more! Great food, the right price, and a team ready to go the extra step for their guests and bring the sas while they're at it.
